December 2009....THE MOVE!!!!
I am so very bad at updating my blog. I didn't take any pictures while Donna & Lamar were here moving us. I couldn't find my camera. So I copied some of the pictures from Donna's blog. So they are kinda out of order but they are here! We are so very blessed to have had ALL their help with our move clear across the the country!! Donna was a HUGE help with the girls & unpacking boxes & I could NOT have unloaded that truck without Lamar!!! He did it all!! We are so thankful to them & all their help!!!
Outside of the visitors center at the Winter quarters Temple. Freezing our BUNS OFF!!!
Here us what the Pedestrian Bridge in downtown Omaha looks like all covered in snow. That is the Missouri River.
Eating breakfast. Aunt LaNae gave Kelsey a Snuggy for Christmas. She was so funny with it!!
Bryan & Sadie at the temple's visitors center.
Sadie is helping grandpa put together the bunk beds! So stinkin' CUTE!!! I could NOT have done this move with out all of Donna & LaMar's help!!
Here are the girls breaking in the new stairs with a mattress slide!! Too FUN!!!
Donna was so great. She played with the girls & also helped me a TON with unpacking. What a trooper!!

Bryan & LaMar shoveling the driveway...AGAIN...& talking to our new neighbors.
This is a look down our street. LOTS of snow!! This picture doesn't even do it justice!!
Donna & Sadie waiting in the warm moving truck while we shoveled the 4 feet of snow drift in our driveway!!

We left Marty & Laurie's house earlier that day & this is what we pulled up to. We had a HUGE storm over Christmas & you couldn't even see our front stairs or even the railing. LaMar is trying to shovel a walk way to the garage so we can get the kids inside. It took us about 3 hours to get the whole thing shoveled. Good thing Bryan had the thought to stop at Wal-Mart on our way in & buy some shovels. I don't think any of us expected to find THIS much snow!! The picture doesn't even do it justice. When we were done shoveling the stack of snow on the left was over 7 feet tall!!
